Kingspride properties Ltd. Is a real estate firm that was established in 2008 with the objective of providing good quality, affordable housing to clientele in Kenya and beyond. The company was duly incorporated under the Companies Act Cap 486 in 2012 having operated with other such as Windsor Homes; Five (5) years prior to its incorporation.
The organization primarily engages in the business of real estate consultancy, management, and development of its residential properties with the intent to sell the property upon completion.
